Wow! I'm was SO impressed at how far we came today in math, and how well our class understands WHY multiplying 2 digit by 2 digit numbers works! Way to go! We also finished our reading, spelling, and even reading benchmarks today! :) If you were absent, please take the math benchmark at home as soon as you can!
Homework:
1) Math (7-2/7-3): p. 163 odd,s p. 165 odds. Remember that during this unit, you must show all your work! Otherwise, I have to assume you're using a calculator and give you a zero! Also, redo quizzes/tests! Remember that the term ends Friday, Jan. 18th, and all missing work/redo's from this term must be turned in by then!
2) Read 20 minutes (and every single day if your reading log grade is a little low to bring that up!)

Items of Business:
*Class Store: If you have any extra soda, candy, trinkets, jewelry, or toys that you would like to donate to class store, please send it with your child! We would like to do one more often to serve as a motivator for positive behavior!
