Fall is absolutely my favorite season! When our secretaries are busy with Halloween decorations in the office, and when leaves put on a color show outside, I know we're in for some good times!! Thanks for checking the blog! Remember that tomorrow is our Unit 2 math test celebration! :)
Homework:
1) Math: Unit 2 review (the kids ripped the page from their class workbook: p. 81 & 82 all). Also, redo low-scoring quizzes for full points back (TONS of students forgot to divide their triangle areas by 2, which resulted in much lower scores than what they were capable of)! For low-scoring tests, I will give 1/2 points back for all corrected problems.
2) Read 20 minutes and get it signed--remember that every day read must be signed!!
3) Spelling: due Wednesday
Items of Business:
*Hoppy Taws: one of our PE teachers sells Hoppy Taws for $1.50 in the morning before school! (exact change only!)
*Lunch Money: If you bring lunch money and put it in the box at the office, make sure it is labeled with your name, teacher, and grade in an envelope/bag!!
